The Honda Odyssey is a Japanese minivan that was first presented to the public in 1994. Its serial production started in the same year and is still going on. Currently, the model is manufactured in the city of Sayama in Japan.

The Odyssey model did not have a direct predecessor in the Honda Motor Company offer and was developed in order to enter the company into the van and minivan segment. Five generations of the Oddyssey model were created in the course of production, and the copies of this car, even within one generation, could differ significantly depending on the market on which they were offered. The latest, 5th generation of the model was presented in 2013 and is a typical 5-door van. Compared to the previous generation, its styling has been changed significantly and it was built on a completely new floor plate. The car also has a new 7-speed manual gearbox. The basic power unit is a 2.4-liter inline 4-cylinder engine.
