Engine Skoda T11 / 0 is a Czechoslovakian carburetor combustion engine from the interwar period and World War II. The plants were responsible for the design and production of this engine Škodovy Závody , founded in 1859. Skoda T11 / 0 was a 4-cylinder engine with a capacity of 8.26 liters in which the cylinders were arranged in a row. The maximum power that this engine was able to generate reached 120 HP at 1800 rpm. It was a liquid-cooled engine with a cast iron body. It is worth adding that the engine burned gasoline, but it could also be powered by the so-called With alcohol. The Skoda T11 / 0 was used as a power unit in the Skoda-CKD LT vz.35 light tank, later designated by the Germans as Pz.Kpfw.35 (t). In this tank, the Skoda T11 / 0 engine was mated to a 6-speed gearbox (5 forward gears - 1 reverse). The fuel for the engine was in two tanks inside the car with a capacity of 124 and 29 liters. This engine allowed the Skoda-CKD LT vz.35 to accelerate to 34 km / h in the field, and also gave the power-to-weight ratio of 11 KM / t.
